Description of product
This is a special variant of the popular “Majorcan sobrasada” but with the flavor of our land. It is ready to be spread on croutons, freshly toasted bread slices or as an ingredient in the development of amazing recipes for tapas (stuffed, cannelloni, sauces ...). Available in two chorizo de Entrepeñas versions: sweet and sour or spicy.
Conditions of Use/Expected Use
Keep refrigerated once opened and consume within 10 days of opening.
Ingredients
Pork ham, pork lean meat, pork fat, paprika from La Vera D.O., fresh and natural garlic, Mediterranean salt, spice extracts. Antioxidants: E-301, E-316, E-320, E-321. Acidity regulator: E-331. Stabilizer: E-452i. Preservatives: E-250 and E-262.
