Our Geras Cured Beef is made following our family’s traditional know-how in the heart of the Leonese mountains, where the cold, dry climate of Geras de Gordón provides unique conditions for the natural curing of meat.
We carefully select quality beef cuts and subject them to our traditional process of salting, resting, smoking and curing, respecting the artisanal methods that have defined the character of our cured meats since 1948.
The result is a cured beef with an intense yet balanced flavour, just the right amount of salt, a pleasant texture and the distinctive aroma provided by natural smoking. A tasty, versatile product that is easy to enjoy at any time.
Geras Cured Beef preserves the essence of Leonese cured meat tradition and is available in different formats: whole piece, portion, sliced or as a cured beef spread. A practical and flavourful option for those who want to enjoy traditionally made cured beef.
