Our Wagyu cecina, awarded Great Taste Supreme Champion 2026, the Golden Fork from Spain and three Great Taste stars, brings together the traditions of the mountains of León and exceptional beef.
Produced in Geras de Gordón, León, Spain, using just two ingredients: Wagyu beef hind leg and Mediterranean salt. Salting, smoking and curing develop its tender texture, balanced flavour and delicate smoky aroma. Its characteristic marbling contributes to its succulence and rich mouthfeel.
Available in two formats: ready-to-serve 100 g sliced packs, or 500 g pieces to slice to your liking. Both formats are vacuum-packed.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
