Description of product
This tasty meat from the pork backbone is seasoned by using our traditional recipe which combines marinade and salting. It is cut into pieces and vacuum packed in trays of approximately 1kg. This is a unique dish which reminds us of the ancient flavors not easy to obtain nowadays. That is why we tried to rescue it and include it in our product range. You'll be surprised by its flavor. Try it cooked with potatoes or simply cooked and served with its delicious juice.
