Also known as white chorizo, it is made from the same raw material as our chorizo excluding the paprika and replacing it with carefully selected spices that enhance the flavor while preserving its features through natural means.
You can choose between the “salchichón” stuffed in a particular and cular gut (thick gut), which longer preserves the product's tenderness, or, if you prefer, stuffed in normal gut, with the characteristic horseshoe shape.

Store in a dry cool place
It is recommended to remove from vacuum 15 minutes before consuming.
The bag may lose vacuum for different reasons. This will not be a reason for a claim after 10 days of delivery. If a veil of white mold appears from the ripening process (harmless to health), it can be cleaned with a damp cloth or oil and consumed safely.

Salchichón is the only one of our sausages that contains food additives since it contains a smaller amount of garlic and does not contain paprika, which both act as natural preservatives, making preparation difficult and sometimes not possible. So we have no other choice, although we use the minimum quantities possible in line with our philosophy.
