Description of product
The fresh mass of fat and lean pork which serves as a base of the chorizo extra before being embedded. It is a seasonal product. It is delicious passed through the pan without adding oil, alone or with bread, potatoes or a couple of fried eggs.
Conditions of stockage
Store refrigerated (1 to 4ºC)
